Delivery and Returns

Delivery

Our small items like books and throws cost £5 to deliver. They will be despatched as soon as they are available and will be delivered to your door, arriving within 2-4 working days.

Our large items like curtains and blinds cost £20 to deliver. These are made to order which takes about six weeks and will be delivered to your door, arriving within 2-4 working days of dispatch.

We use Parcelforce who deliver Monday to Friday, and we only deliver to customers in the UK. We do not deliver to the Channel Islands or internationally.

We offer free delivery on orders over £3,000.

 

Returns

We're sure you'll be thrilled with your new window wear, but if for any reason you change your mind just email us at hello@pleat.co.uk within 14 days of accepting your delivery to let us know.

For small items we can organise a returns label and you can pop it down to your Post Office. You will have to return the product at your own cost, and the original delivery cost won't be refunded.

For large items we'll arrange for Parcelforce to collect from you. Just a heads up, a £20 collection fee will be charged and the original delivery cost won't be refunded.

We treat our products with oodles of care and design our packaging to make sure everything's safe and sound. If in the unlikely event you spot something is not quite right, just let us know as soon as you spot the problem, along with photos if possible, and we'll get it sorted. 

Rest assured that your statutory rights are unaffected.
