We believe good sash windows deserve fabric chosen as carefully as the frames they sit in. All our blinds are made with OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 fabrics — PFAS free, REACH compliant and often woven with recycled or sustainable yarns.

This same respect for detail runs through every blind that we make today, building on the tradition and standards set out by master seamstress Sarah over 30 years ago. Each one is blackout lined and interlined, stitched and finished by hand, so the folds stay neat and the blind hangs well for years.

Our blinds are all compliant with Child Safety regulations and feature easy to use quick release systems for peace of mind.

Can I fit blinds inside a sash window frame?

Yes you can, as long as the frame is deep enough for the blind to not interfere with the window operation.  However, having a blind sit over or above the window keeps the window free and helps the room feel larger and taller. If you’re not sure where to place your blind or how to get the best fit, simply get in touch and our team will help.

Are your sash window blinds made-to-measure?

All our made-to-order blinds are available in 5cm widths and drop increments, to ensure you get the perfect fit. If you can’t find the size you need, or you have awkward or unusual-shaped windows, our bespoke service is the perfect solution, with endless possibilities.

How do I measure a sash window for blinds?
